We currently offer the patient portal to our patients that are age 18 and older.
Sign up for the portal by either having a staff member assist you in the self-enroll or having them send you an invitation to join that you complete on your own.
You will receive an invitation for MyHealth to the email address you provided during your hospital visit. Included in the invitation are step-by-step instructions for setting up your account. You will be asked to verify your identity by entering the answer to the challenge question that you provided during your enrollment. You will then create your own username and password.
The patient portal is used only by patients who have been enabled by the hospital to access the system. The features available for the patients depend upon the settings established by the healthcare organization. The portal can be accessed at ClaraBartonHospital.com by clicking on MyHealth or by entering https://clarabartonhospital.iqhealth.com. You can also download the Cerner HealtheLife app.
After logging in, as a patient, you will see the hospital’s customized patient portal home page. There you can access information, schedule and view appointments, message your provider, receive reminders, and review specific documents, results, and reports regarding your healthcare.
You need to know that messages will be sent to the e-mail provided, user name and password, as well as notifications that information on your portal has been updated. It is your responsibility to provide us with a secure e-mail address that can be used for those types of messages.
Enter the email the invitation was sent to. If you don’t remember it , you can call Cerner at (877) 621 – 8014.

  • You will receive a message stating that an email has been sent to the address associated with your MyHealth account.
  • Check your email for the password reset message.
  • Click the link contained in the email.

If the link is not used in the time frame specified, your account will remain locked and you will have to start the password reset process again. The link will direct you to a screen where you will enter your user name and answer your security questions. Once authenticated you may enter a new password and confirm it.

You will be asked to answer CAPTCHA verification. After you complete that process, you will be allowed to try logging in again.
